HD | Fury supports 4:2:2 1080i, 1080 PsF and 720p input and output, simultaneous SD SDI downconversion of the HD stream and 8 channels of AES/EBU digital audio. With simultaneous preview, HD material can be viewed on an HD-SDI monitor and an SD-SDI monitor at the same time. Alternatively, HD | Fury can be used to master to SD and HD decks simultaneously. Working uncompressed has tremendous advantages for chroma keying and retaining color integrity in High Definition. High quality 4:4:4:4 internal processing keeps the integrity of images through the whole post process. HD| Fury features uncompressed 10-bit 4:2:2 HD-SDI input and can write files to disk in either 10 bit YUV V210 QuickTime™ or 10-bit RGB Cineon. Included with HD | Fury is Symmetry™, a 10-bit RGB/YUV sequential capture and playback station. Supported file formats are sequential 10-bit RGB Cineon and 10-bit YUV QuickTime™. Features include log and batch capture, playlist, assemble and insert edit to tape. Symmetry’s™ use of industry standard file formats ensures that media files can be moved instantly between applications without having to “import” or “export”. Symmetry™ together with HD | Fury ensures support with most high-end compositing applications.
