The products offered by FMT are available for purchase by you, subject to availability. You agree to provide us with all information, including credit card information, required to complete the transaction of paying for your Products and/or Services.

Payment Options:
All prices and dollar amounts on this site are in $ US Dollars. NLEGear accepts the following credit cards: VISA, Master Card, American Express, Some electronic transactions may require extended processing in addition to credit card authorization. You will be notified by a NLEGear customer service representative if extended processing is required to complete your transaction request through our web site. You authorize us to charge purchases and ongoing charges to the credit card that you provide when you purchase any products. All credit card fraud will be pursued and enforced to the fullest extent punishable by law.

Warranties:
All products sold by NLEGear are covered by manufacturers warranty of 1or 3 years depending on a product our famous systems carry 1 year parts and 2 years labor warranty most components carry 3 year manufacturers warranty Mainboard, HDD, CPU etc.

Security:
We understand you may have concerns about entering personal or credit card information over the internet. To ensure that information entered on the internet cannot be abused, we have implemented a security protocol called SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL encrypts all information entered on our site before it is sent over the internet. SSL prevents eavesdropping and ensures data integrity during communications.

Pricing and Errors:
All pricing and product specifications are subject to change without notice.Every effort is made to maintain current pricing and accuracy in our website, however pricing, description, and graphics may be incorrect. We reserve the right to refuse these orders. All sales are final.

All orders shipped with Flat Fee Ground Service, or Air Service
All In stock orders placed before 3:30 P.M. usually ship that same day. Most orders are shipped within 12 hours

Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund with in 15 days
Defective or Damaged Products will be replaced with prior authorization please call or email our support sales@nlegear.com
Returns must be complete with original materials and packing. A 20% Restocking Fee will apply on all returns other than damage or defective replacements Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for returned merchandise shipping costs.

Damage Claims:
All products are shipped using carrier-approved materials and methods. All products are also carefully packed to prevent damage during shipment. Nevertheless, damage may occasionally occur in transit. Any damage is the responsibility of the carrier, not NLEGear Therefore, you must make all damage claims to the carrier. In case of damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged products for the carrier to inspect
